Application forms can be printed and filled out by hand. As an alternative, request a copy of any of these items by mail via the e-mail link or mail address at the bottom of this page. Sorry, 3RFS is not set up to take applications online.

Performer Pack: SORRY! Performer applications were due by May 15.

Songwriter Pack: SORRY! Songwriter applications were due by May 15.

Artists and Craft Vendors Pack: Contains a cover letter, artists' prospectus, and application form. Applications from artists and crafts vendors must be received no later than July 15.

Food Vendors: Contains a cover letter, concessionaire's policy, and application form. Applications from food vendors should be received by July 15. Applications received after that date will be considered subject to space available, and will be subject to a $20 late fee.
